Safety Kit (horseshoe lifebuoy with 30 m rope and light)

This safety kit (horseshoe lifebuoy with a 30 m rope and light) is carried at the stern of the yacht to provide a quick rescue aid during a man overboard maneuver. It consists of an orange horseshoe lifebuoy, a 30 m long, buoyant lifeline, a SOLAS-approved signal light, and a yellow plastic bag (closed with Velcro) that can be attached to the pushpit using three straps. The bag protects the ring, line, and signal light from salt water and UV radiation, ensuring everything functions properly in an emergency.

The horseshoe lifebuoy is made of closed-cell foam. The orange outer shell made of synthetic fabric can be easily removed for cleaning thanks to a built-in zipper. The horseshoe ring has a surrounding rope with a nylon snap hook. The flexible opening angle allows it to adapt to any body size.

The signal light requires 4 x 1.5 volt batteries for operation (not included!).

The buoyancy is 145N and is printed on the cover!
