1. Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

You may use the following model cancellation form, although this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of cancellation: If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling that is not necessary to check their quality, properties, and functioning.

2.Orders and deliveries are generally possible to the markets listed in the online shop.

3. Warranty: If delivered items exhibit obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please report such defects immediately to us or the transport company that delivered the items. Failure to do so will not affect your statutory rights. For all defects in the purchased item that occur during the statutory warranty period, you are entitled, at your discretion, to the statutory rights of subsequent performance, rectification of defects/replacement, and – if the statutory requirements are met – to further claims for reduction of price or withdrawal, as well as compensation for damages, including compensation for damages in lieu of performance and reimbursement of your wasted expenses. To the extent we grant you a seller's guarantee, the details are set out in the guarantee conditions enclosed with the respective delivered item. Warranty claims exist without prejudice to statutory rights.

4. Unavailable items: If a particular item is unavailable, we undertake to inform you of the unavailability before accepting your order.

5. Prices: The prices quoted are in euros and include VAT.

6. Shipping costs: Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and size of the shipment. They are listed separately for each shipment.

7. Payment: Items will be shipped upon advance payment.

8. Retention of title: The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

9. Image rights: All image rights are held by SeaCurity GmbH or its partners. Use without express consent is prohibited.

10. Data protection notice: We comply with legal regulations in all data processing operations (e.g., collection, processing, and transmission). Your data necessary for business transactions will be stored and passed on to service providers commissioned by us to the extent necessary for order processing.
