4.Cookies

We use cookies to improve our website and to make it as easy as possible for you to use it. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer operating system when you visit our website. Among other things, cookies contain a characteristic character string that enables the browser to be clearly identified when the website is called up again.

Cookies store additional information, such as your language setting, the duration of your visit to our website or certain entries made there. This avoids having to re-enter all the necessary data each time you use it. Cookies also enable us to recognize your preferences and to tailor our website to your areas of interest.

According to the type of cookies used, the following types can be distinguished:

a) Technically necessary cookies

We use cookies to make our website more user-friendly. Some elements of our website require that the calling browser can be identified even after a page change.

Technically necessary cookies are not absolutely necessary to display the website. However, some functions of the website, such as the shopping cart, contact form, etc. cannot be used properly without these cookies. Consequently, there is no possibility of objection on the part of the user; these cookies can be deactivated by setting the respective browser.

b) Cookies for range measurement and marketing purposes

Based on cookie technology, data is collected to optimize our advertising and the entire online offer. This data is not used to identify you personally, but is only used for a pseudonymous evaluation of the use of the homepage. Your data will never be merged with the personal data stored by us. This technology enables us to present you with relevant content (advertising and/or special offers and services). Our goal here is to make our offers as attractive as possible for you and to present you with products and services that correspond to your areas of interest.

Most browsers accept cookies automatically. If you want to prevent the storage of cookies, you can select "do not accept cookies" in your browser settings. You can find out how this works in detail in the instructions provided by your browser manufacturer. You can delete cookies that are already stored on your computer at any time. However, we would like to point out that our website can only be used to a limited extent without cookies.

5. Google Adwords and Conversion Tracking

To draw attention to our services, we place Google Adwords ads and use Google Conversion Tracking and Google Tag Manager for the purpose of personalised, interest-based and location-based online advertising. The option to anonymize the IP addresses is controlled by Google Tag Manager via an internal setting that is not visible in the source of this page. This internal setting is set in such a way that the anonymization of the IP addresses required by the Federal Data Protection Act is achieved.

The ads are displayed after search queries on websites of the Google advertising network. Detailed information about the Google advertising network can be found at https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1752334?hl=de . We have the ability to combine our ads with specific search terms. Cookies allow us to place ads based on a user's previous visits to our website.

When you click on an ad, Google sets a cookie on the user's computer. Further information on the cookie technology used can also be found in Google's information on website statistics at https://services.google.com/sitestats/de.html and in the data protection regulations at https://www.google.de /policies/privacy/ .

With the help of this technology, Google and we as a customer receive information that a user has clicked on an ad and was forwarded to our website. The information obtained in this way is used exclusively for statistical evaluation for advertising optimization. We do not receive any information that personally identifies visitors. The statistics provided to us by Google include the total number of users who clicked on one of our ads and, if applicable, whether they were redirected to a page on our website that had a conversion tag. Based on these statistics, we can understand which search terms caused our ad to be clicked on most often and which ads lead to the user contacting us via the contact form.

If you do not want this, you can prevent the cookies required for these technologies from being saved, for example via the settings in your browser. In this case, your visit will not be included in the user statistics.

You also have the option of selecting the types of Google ads or deactivating interest-based ads on Google via the ad settings (see https://www.google.com/settings/ads/anonymous?hl=de ).

However, we and Google continue to receive statistical information about how many users have visited this site and when. If you do not want to be included in these statistics either, you can prevent this with the help of additional programs for your browser.
