UML 5000-1 MK5 trigger coil for UML MK5 inflation system

The UML 5000-1 MK5 trigger coil is a spare part for the UML MK5 inflation system. It has an expiration date printed on it. This means the cartridge reads:

REPLACE BY 02/2028 D = Replace on month/year (February 2028). Note that the letter printed at the end of the year is not relevant for the service date.

If your deployment coil has expired, stop using the device or life jacket and replace the deployment coil immediately.

Check the expiration date on the release coil before using the device or life jacket.

Under no circumstances should you exceed the expiration date. SOLAS-approved life jackets must be serviced annually by an authorized service station.

The green clip on the bottom of the trigger coil serves as an indicator that the coil has not yet been triggered.
